Shipping
We offer delivery to the UK, EU and internationally, excluding regions that are subject to preventative local regulations, such as trade restrictions or embargoes. Should you have any inquiries, our team is available to assist you via enquiries@fernandojorge.co.uk.
Shipping fees may vary based on your location and the specific items in your order. Please note that dispatch times can range from a few days to several weeks, depending on whether the piece is readily available or made to order. We recommend reviewing this information carefully before completing your purchase. Once we have dispatched your items, you will receive an email with your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.
We ship to these destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means all relevant import duties and taxes will be included in the product price shown.
To ensure the correct price is shown to you, please select the currency and shipping destination that applies to you.
If you are based in a location not currently catered to online, please contact us for assistance with placing your order directly with a member of our team. We will inform you on details and logistics in order to accommodate an alternative shipping destination request.

Shipping Services
All in-stock orders ship in 5-7 business days. If your order is not in stock we will contact you with a delivery window. We offer free delivery to all orders.
We ship all domestic orders via FedEx or Ferrari depending on the value. While it is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place, deliveries take place on Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You will be kept informed of shipment.
All our orders are sent tracked and require proof of delivery. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. Please ensure you are at the assigned address at time of delivery. Should you miss the delivery for any reason our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
A tracking reference will be shared with you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Once you have signed for your package, your purchase will be under your full responsibility.
Showroom Collections
Same-Day Deliveries
Not all pieces you see available online are located in our London, New York and São Paulo showrooms. However, if you are based near one of our showrooms and would like to purchase and receive a piece of jewellery on the same day, please email us at enquires@fernandojorge.co.uk before midday on weekdays and we will look into your request right away.
If you would like to try on a piece that you have seen online, you are welcome to visit our showrooms to try the piece on or visit a retailer close to you, stockist list here.
Exchanges & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please follow the steps outlined below.
US Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return your jewellery, you must request a return within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewellery is unworn and in immaculate condition, with its pouch, box, and certificate intact.
UK Returns & Exchanges

All Returns
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for damaged items. Returns are only accepted for purchases made online, by phone, or in our boutiques. Items bought from third parties are not eligible.
If we covered import duties and taxes at purchase, these will be deducted from your refund. Bespoke, resized, or engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns Instructions
1 - Please email us at info@fernandojorge.co.uk with your wish to exchange or return your item and provide us with your name, home address, order number and phone number. We will respond to your return request within 48 hours and provide you with our return address to post your item to.
2 - When packing your return to send back to us, please ensure the pieces along with original packaging and certificate are in a sturdy box and follow the packing instructions below:
Please place the jewellery back in the Fernando Jorge pouch and place the pouch in the presentation box along with bubble wrap or tissue paper for protection.
Then place the certificate of authenticity and presentation box with the safely packed jewellery in another small bag or pouch before placing in a sturdy box. Feel free to reuse the shipping box you have received your order in.
Please make sure that the jewellery and jewellery box are secure and will not move around in transit.
After everything has been packed make sure the package is sealed securely.
3 - We do not cover the cost of any return shipments and it is your responsibility to return the products to us safely. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and use a secure, trackable shipping method, that provides you with proof of sending as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back.
4 - Once we have received the order back (within 14 days from date of delivery), it will be carefully inspected. Please note we have the right to refuse your return if the jewellery has not been returned in its original condition, if part of the packaging is missing (jewellery box and pouch) or if the products show any signs of wear.
5 - Once your return has passed our quality checks, we will refund you the price you paid for your order, less any duties and taxes covered by us when your order was sent to you. The same method you used to make payment within 30 days will be used. We will not be liable for any fee charged by your bank or financial institution on this refund and we will not refund the shipping costs.
