Fernando Jorge at TEFAF Maastricht – the designer’s debut at the world’s leading fair for fine art, antiques and design.
To mark the occasion, Jorge conceived 13 one-of-a-kind pieces, designed around exceptional central gemstones to reinforce his enduring fascination with natural materials. These works represent an evolution from his traditional narrative-based process, maintaining his instinctive exploration of material and form.
To shape the space, Jorge continues his collaboration with Brazilian architect and interior designer Juliana Vasconcellos.
A hushed, earthy hue envelops the room, drawing the eye to the mahogany cases designed by Studio Mellone, lined with soft green interiors. A perfect setting to present the jewellery.
